Real Derivatives Market Data
First of all: This simulator is not a real-time solution, —ten minutes delayed—, but it could be perfect for practicing swing trading without being influenced by data-driven inputs (economic news, earnings announcements, etc.)

“The trading simulator replicates live derivatives markets by leveraging real market data in an ideal playground for liquidity-driven simulations, as it features a DOM (Depth of Market) window. Catering to both experienced traders and beginners, it helps users stay ahead in their trading strategies.”
"Practice what you learn" is the motto
The CME Institute offers tools to improve your trading abilities, develop new strategies, and acquire market insights, maximizing the potential of each trade with the Trading Simulator. Analyze the charts, incorporate your indicators, evaluate your strategies, and maintain a practice account at no cost.
Just like in any profession, a futures trader needs certain tools to be successful. These tools keep you informed about market news and the constant stream of new prices. Whether analyzing the markets, peering inside price behavior with a technical indicator, or simply knowing at a glance which markets are hot, you will find a trading tool that will make your job easier, quicker and better.
And now, the disclaimers: For educational purposes only. The data and output from this tool do not constitute investment advice and THIS IS NOT A PERSONAL RECOMMENDATION and any investment activities undertaken using this tool will be at the sole risk of the relevant investor.
Practice reading charts, utilizing indicators, testing strategies, and managing your account. A continuous flow of updated prices informs your strategies for CME Group's leading products across all six asset classes, including Bitcoin and E-mini futures.
*Example: E-mini S&P 500 Index (futures contract)
1 - Hypothetical trade: May 2023
The S&P 500 had been trading in a narrow range for around two months, possibly forming a critical point (shown on the right side of the image below, marked with an ellipse). With enough time to predict a shift, the likelihood of a powerful breakout increased.
"Practices" would consider taking a long position on the E-mini S&P 500 Index futures above the pivot point level of 4200 (green line), with a "stop-loss" determining a hypothetical maximum loss of points. In the given context, if the advance movement were confirmed, the index would have the potential to reach new levels.
Each point movement in the E-mini S&P 500 Index futures contract is worth $50 (you can also try with the "micro" contract, where the point movement is $5). In this example, the profit could be substantial if the trade were closed before people go on vacation in August.
However, markets often turn against you (and your emotions), leaving you with only a slight mathematical advantage.
To conclude this article, another interesting tool is provided by the CME Group Institute:
